I write this review with the intention to HELP to improve, because the place has great potential. Overall when you book this accomodation please note that it is a residency building, not a hotel. Still what is positive that you get daily cleaning (later in detail) and you have a contact person

Perfect location. A lovely pool with great views of petronas towers. The apartment was extremely spacious and I adored waking up every morning to full length window views of the city. The washing machine was very handy.

I had a pleasure of staying at one of the Star KLCC Suites. The property was clean, great facilities and stellar view of the Twin Towers. Muhammed Naim was a great host and very accommodative to my awkward check-in and check-out times.

The place is very neat, well maintained, clean and toddler friendly. They have the pool at 6th floor and 69th floor. The rooftop pool is our favorite place because it has a very beautiful twin tower view. And from the rooftop the twintower looks very close. Nice place to stay. The facility is very c
