The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and although I had some issue with the key card, the person was very helpful in assisting. No issue during check out the next morning also. The parking security personnel were friendly and helpful as well.

Nice lake views but old hotel with less amenities. Noisy , rooms are not well soundproof. Only 4 local tv channels available. Shopping lots are separated by busy highways and multiple flyovers. My booking request to avoid a connecting room type was ignored.
