If you want prompt replies from the staff, clean and not tired room equipment, you should better choose Saba Appartments located in the same building

Worst management and facilities ever. Management cancelled my booking without prior notice, I came all the way from penang to Kl and they said no room. Very troublesome for me to look for another room with family around. Stupidest management ever
