We arrived early from a long night flight and were given a room upgrade and early check in. We really appreciated this. Comfy room. Good bed. Good breakfast. It is only a short walk up to Bukit Bintang. Plenty of Chinese restaurants around.

The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to many shopping malls. The room is clean, toiletries provided and even hot and cold water dispenser is given in the room so you don't have to purchase water. Nice view of the Twin Towers and the city. There is even bathtub in our room

Signage to the Gym : missing. A "GYM" Display Board on the wall pointing upwards by the bar counter of the pool will be appreciated; expected Shaw Parade to be a busy mall instead it was empty of retailers apart from few ginseng shops. So disappointed.
