The host or owner was very helpful. He accepted us to check - in earlier. I was so tired and sleepy. The luxury hotel I booked previously declined to check us in earlier. Rocky the owner is very kind, nice, helpful, and understanding . I will recommend him for early check-in and for weary travelers.

The owner is friendly, he keeps checking on me whether I need something or am I comfortable or not. The mansion is always clean and It has a kitchen which helped me to survive while I was on budget.

With pricing on the higher side for hostels in KL, at least in my books, Monkey Mansion was a bit of a mess. Whether it's an upside or a downside is up to you. Think about it as less of a hostel and more of a just sharing an apartment in an apartment block with other people with the door always open

The affordable price, and the place had a space that was appropriate to socialize with other guests. It also has a pool.

The price was fair. You get what you pay for. The staffs and owner was nice and helpful

You can see the Petronas Twin towers out of the window. This place feels like home so much. The owner is so nice and kind, takes care of everything. Moreover, the place is like 400m from Sentul Barat station which is a yellow line (MRT), you can go to KLCC by getting off at Ampang Park station.

Oh this hostel is awesome ,,the owner she is amazing lady ,, first day i didn't had Malaysia currency ,, and I told to her she gave me 50 ringgit at that time and she said and give it to me later you can eat the food,, and the person who were living with me a Belgium couple , two Morocco guys Abdul

Really nice place and people.

It was like home. A clean and cosy ambiance. The location from MRT station and from main road is very near to the property. I loved my stay over here and do suggest it for others as well.

First when check in after then only we realize there is many bed begs there , after we inform the property owner change another room but him say can't and we ask refund the owner of the property say can't , totally we stay 1 hr only then we booking new again to the near by hotel Very disappointed
