The room was very comfortable but there were very little amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Also it was a major hassle to get keys and do an early check-in

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent booking experience. Although my reservation had been confirmed by Booking when I arrived at the hotel at the scheduled check-in time, I was informed that the room I had reserved had been given to another guest. This was extremely frustra
