Located strategically between Pavillion Bukit Bintang and TRX. whole area is close by so easy to look for smaller items like toiletries or do laundry. Its a bit away from the hustle of Bukit Bintang so it is more peaceful during nightime. Accommodation wise it is really adequate with decent design;

- I had a smooth check in and check out process. The receptionists were nice and accommodating. - It's a budget hotel with the basic amenities. It's right in the city - close to everything you need: restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and etc. - WiFi connectivity was excellent.

Swing and Pillow is in a very good location and is budget-friendly. However, the room and washroom are quite small. Considering the price, it’s acceptable. One drawback is that the elevator is very old and could use an upgrade.
