The lift not working and we have ti carry our 20kg luggage up to the 2nd floor?. No kettle inside the room only water dispenser at each level but hot water not available. No instant coffee or tea provided.

Location is the most valuable there, walking distance to nearby TBS bus terminal. Very affordable in my opinion. Recommended for those need to take Public Bus from TBS terminal.

We checked in late, the lift was broken and I asked if I could have some help with my 20kg suitcase, the worker said no. The smell was horrible in the corridors and the room.
