  : There were croakoaches, at least three that we found. The bidet spray is not functioning well, the water pressure cannot be adjusted, pressure is way too high. Washing machine looks a little dirty.

  : The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. The location was super good. walking distance to Pavillion and KL Convention Centre. The accommodation might be lack of some maintenance, but so far so good.

  : The person in charge taking too long to return my security deposit which is not reasonable at all. I paid it immediately after you asked, why can't you do the same to me man? Took you more than one day man, what era do you live?

  : The host mr Adib was extremely friendly and helpful. He made the visit worthwhile.
  : We expected there to be concierge services as advertised by your website as our flight arrived in the morning. The security guard handed us a leaflet saying Airbnb not welcome which was concerning as I did not think it was an Airbnb arrangement, but a serviced apartment. The washing machine was not working but Mr Adib offered us free laundry services. The oven was not working as well which was a shame because we wanted to heat up some pastries. The bidet in the master bath was leaking and the second bathroom had a cockroach problem. You had to pay to use the pool so we didnt use it. The apartment is nice and spacious but the beds were very hard. The location was excellent however. Better maintenance of the property needed.

  : Residential area was super close to places like KLCC and Pavillion. Took around 5 mins walk only ! Room was clean , view was good. Amenities working well.
  : I wish the mattress were of the same quality. The mattress inside the 2nd room should be improve. My friends state that they could feel the spring while tossing around during sleep.
