Room was fantastic but we booked the best room so it should have been. Staff overall were really friendly and helpful. Great locatio for business tourist, business district and food areas.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We had a banquent Christmas eve dinner that was exceptional. Basic room a but rundown but restaurant ,pool, bar facilities made up for it.

The receptionist working at the counter was kind and they provided free tickets to the Water Park next door, which we unfortunately was unable to go due to time constraints. The room was clean and in good condition, the pool was also well maintained.

I stayed with my family and i booked it online when i go there the door was hanging downside it was extremely hard to closed we have to shut the door so hard to get it close and its window are on a old slum water side we can't even open it because of the smell outside. Overall, would never recommend

Location was good, near a few local restaurants. Ease of access to the rest of the island. Aircons worked well. Resort manager was absolutely amazing. Went out of his way to help in hiring cars and motorbike, as well as sorting out our complaint.
