Sorry to say, the facilities here are average (but my room’s shower heater was not working) and I planned on giving a good review for this hotel. But due to an extremely unacceptable incident that occurred on the last night of our stay, I decided to give this bad review to prevent others from facing

We liked the staff whose name is Malar and she is too too good, took care of us very well. Guided us in exploring the places as we are new to langkawi. She made us very much comfortable and ready to help for anything .. The location is also very reachable,neat room and worth for money.
