Very spacious. 3 rooms. Feel like at home. Can boil water, can cook. Got mini refrigerator. Can fit one SUV under the porch. Lots of eateries.

The interior of the house is quite pretty and the homestay that i stayed in with my family was quite comfortable to live in. Other than that, the environment is nice and mu daily necessities can be fulfilled easily.
