The receptionist, Mr. Alex is extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for assisting us with questions and also provided us with some information about Malacca. The location of the hotel were great with eateries around and most of the highlights in Malacca is around the corner as well. We walked to

Taxes were already included in my bills at booking.com but upon check-in I was asked to pay taxes again which I rejected. Luckily, the 2 female staff at the counter were reasonable people.

An absolute find! Great location. The weekend street food vendors were at the hotel’s doorstep. Walkable to good restaurants, shops & sites. This will be our hotel of choice next we visit Malacca. You should make it yours too.
