Hotel staff so arrogant, not listen what i inform & complaint. No action taken during complaint, then make a phone call with his friend and laugh although i still in front of him. No respect malaysian citizen, make a angry face without smiles. I inform for their boiling water cleanliness, but no action

The location is very nice. The hotel is near 'Pasar Malam' and the 'Pasar Malam' only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Next to the hotel there is a karaoke shop. Close to the laundromat.
