JonkeRED Heritage Hotel

It is the second time we have stayed at Jonker Red. We are just as satisfied this time as last year. I even think that the wifi is better this year than last year and that they have satellite channels and Netflix etc

Hotel was very near to Jonker Street but the walls are super thin thus no sound proofing. Was disturbed by inconsiderate guests, talking with the door opened at 11.30pm!! Bed was hard and pillows were too soft in my opinion. May work for others. No parking available and need to walk to nearest open

Very friendly staff, room was beautiful, clean The road outside was closed to vehicles which was great. The location was excellent.

Room is clean with good location and staff are very friendly and kind.

Good location, helpful staff

Friendly staff. Great location. Walkable to most Melaka attractions including Dutch Square, Chinatown, Formosa, and museum. Room was comfortable and had all amenities we needed.

Location that can’t be beat - 10/10! Great service - can request for specific rooms and they’ll show you pics of the room you’ll get once you book! Comfortable - room is clean and beds comfortable, plus AC is quiet and cool. Hot water pot for you to boil your own water if you want, and the fridge ca

Excellent location. Very very clean. The rooms are cosy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Value for money. We really love the place.

Room was neat, clean and cosy.

The location was perfect, so close to everything I wanted to see in the old part of Melaka but not noisy. The staff were lovely, the room was clean and spacious.

Location is excellent

The location is the only thing good and the airconditioning.

The Hotel staff were very welcoming and it was a pleasure to walk into a scented AC lobby every time. Bedsheets were good, room & bath clean. And they attended to my request for room with a view. And it's location midway between the Malls and the Heritage Zone is amazing.

The place is right in the heart of town. I was there on Friday night so Jonker Street was closed and it was incredible to have my hotel just there to rest etc during my stay. The staff were all so sweet and helpful especially Dayah who was so very lovely.

Great location with parking options closeby. Simple clean and modern hotel with some heritage touches. But I would not call it a Hertiage Hotel in my opinion. The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. Good value! I traveled with 2 elderly family members and the elevator was very nice to have

The location is excellent

Location was spot on. Staff were very good. Room was clean and enough space.

Location excellent.

Excellent location at the heart of Malacca. Comfortable rooms. Great wifi. 24h reception, very friendly. Huge bathroom. Great AC.

Hotel is in the perfect location by the Dutch Square in Central Melaka near the Victoria Fountain and the Stadthuys. Walking distance to St Paul's Church, A Famosa Fort, Sultanate Palace Museum, Jonker Street, and the Night Market.

I like everything about my stay. Place was clean, comfortable, convenient to bonkers street.. the entrance form outside Mey not seem to as what I thought but the moment I stepped in till I check out everything was superb. .

Location, staff and cleanliness. Louise and her team were special. Top notch

Stay was excellent with good facilities and the location is very convenient.

The hotel was in a good place and close to everything. The staff were very friendly, in particular, 'Dayah' was exceptional in her presentation and willingness to help and interact. She deserves a raise!!!! We are looking forward to return to Melaka and stay at the JonkeRed Heritage Hotel next ye

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the room very comfortable and located in the best spot ever!

Location is perfect! Walking distance to Jonker Street, with convenience to a lot of eateries. In the evening, the bar street along the riverside is just across the hotel as well and for 24-hour convenience, there's a 7-eleven right next to it. The room size is bigger than what I had expected.
