Liked: Nothing, simply waste Disliked: Difficult to check in, there is no receptionist or hotel agent office at all. We need to play treasure and hunter game to find the room key..If call, they cut the line. Hotel also not clean and most of things are faulty. In one word- Bee Stay Agent sucks. Depos

Not a good choice, it was dirty, smelly and seemed a very tired apartment. Disliked: There was no wifi even though they advertised as having wifi, we had to piggy-back off some other connection in the building which they managed. It also shut off. The apartment was dirty and very tired.

Some bad experience Liked: The location good easy to find and the swimming pool is clean n big . Disliked: When arrive, after fill up the form , the security guard ask for "duit kopi" RM2 . The access card for parking got problem, can't be use for 2 day . Everytime want to go in n out need seek he

Liked: No.... Disliked: Toilet not clean, Sofa dirty, Whole room have bad smell.

Disliked: I’m sure my shirt and belt left on property .. but when I call to customer service, they say didn’t saw it.. the belt is very important for me.. it’s a 1st present from my wife when v get married.. I told the customer service, but they said that’s my problem.. ?

Liked: Location is good. Disliked: Wifi broke and complaint but no action from the beestay. Parking vallet fee dont refund as a promise, due tu failure access card.

Nice and budget friendly place to stay if you have your own transport. Liked: Security and carpark. Instructions to check in and check out are clear. Security was helpful when unsure. Disliked: Bedroom had smell from previous guests' clothing. Area in front of toilet need maintenance, trip hazard

Disappointed. Disliked: I doubt if the bedsheet changed to new set before we check in.

Dont take from Beestay!!! Stay away from them Liked: None from this agent. Not coming back to The Wave anymore because of BeeStay. Traumatised! Disliked: All from this agent. ok Liked: bed was comfortable size of apartment was good maintenance staff was very pleasant Disliked: bathroom not sufficient bench top for toiletries wifi keeps dropping out a lot no toilet paper do not look anything like advertised in Bookings website. Much older than in pictures.

A nice place for family holidays. with full facilities. downstairs have lot of food suppliers. Liked: overall is clean and tidy.

Liked: The view Disliked: the toilet is not clean, 2 room linen was so dirty, kitchen is very smelly and not clean , the tv is not working properly, when we switch on the light got showing signs of fire and Lights hot flicker and dim.
