The staff are helpful & the service very efficient. Location wise strategic, nearby Gurney Plaza & Gurney drive to find food. Can take grab only RM5.

Check-in was delayed by 30 minutes. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. It is not worth the amount of money paid. They did not provide a single towel in the room and we had to call housekeeping about 4-5 times before they sent up some towels about 5 hours later

Went we where there, frm outside its look very old building, but went u went inside.. its amazed , they treat u like 5star hotel . Every one is help full . In future sure will come again to this hotel.

The room is old and not well maintained. The room only ready to check in after 6pm and there is no towel provided in the room. The towel only provided at 9pm. The bathroom facilities (shower rose) is damaged.

Room size was ample. Breakfast included in the price. dessert was good. breakfast crew were professional. staff was excellent . A short 5 minute walk to gurney plaza mall, so don’t have to think about parking.
