We arrived around 1pm, 2 hrs earlier than the check-in time. My mom has a bad knee and my dad also limping. We booked for connecting rooms. The lady did all she can to prioritize the room prep and we got the keycards in 15 minutes. Hats off to the lady. My bad not getting her name but she is wearing

Everything is good but it's the people who work there that make it special and keep us coming back. We were there in Sept and again this weekend, they remember us, take time to make sure everything is satisfactory. Nothing is too much trouble. We will be back there in March.
