A nice tropical Hard Rock, as one exepects it. Clean, modern, stylish and nice pools. Very kind staff. Pizza in the pool restaurant, they have a genuine fire pizza oven. Cool slides for the kids, animations.

I think Penang Hard Rock has very good management, staff always standby to greet the guests and public places is always clean. However I didn’t fuss with the designs of the bathroom which you can open the “window” while someone is using the toilet, it’s only personal opinion.
