Well appointed room, very clean, quiet even tho on street level. Beautifully refurbished old building, simple but filling breakfast buffet. Very comfy bed, strong hot shower. Friendly and professional staff. Walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and other attractions.

Basically everything: location is perfect, close to the busy streets with pubs and bars on one side, local food on the other; bus station to national park 2 minutes away if you don't feel like taking a cab. The receptionist guy was super friendly, super smiling, gave us good tips to find places;

For us the location was the greatest benefit of the stay. It is within walking distance to all that matters in the city. Staff was kind and helpful and rooms are clean. The building has a nice flare.

Lovely hotel - the room was spacious with a closet, desk and a couple of chairs. Very clean and comfortable. Great shower! The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the historic building. Great location for walking around Penang. Massage place across the street was also good.

A quaint heritage hotel that’s positioned well in the center of Geroge Town. I was able to visit all sites in the Heritage City by foot within 5-10 minutes. I also like the room details and how the areas are kept tidy.

Wonderful atmospheric hotel, very clean and walking distance to all the popular attractions in Georgetown. Surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Lovely Peranakan decor. Very helpful staff and nice, hot breakfast. Suitable for guests without cars as there is no parking space.

Great location, but no parking facilities. Small refurbished comfortable hotel- no frills. Narrow steep stairs - only 2 rooms on ground level. Same basic no frills breakfast every morning. Don’t come expecting more
