Location near airport for overnight transit stop. Access to good restaurants rated 11 out if 10. We are at Nyonya Willow, outstanding. Pool cool too. And not busy on a weekend, as it is mainly for business travellers.

Air conditioner in the room was not cold even after maintenance came for checking (not to mention other common area are also very warm), need to call housekeeping for shaving kit as it was not provided ahead, some TV channel are not working (bad signal), no breakfast included with the price i am pay

Good location, nearby shop lots which offer food from nasi kandar, western, to cafés. Reasonable gym room and swimming pool. Ample carparks on site. Plus a nice touch from the hotel to send a complimentary cake to the room as it was my partner’s birthday during the stay.

Bed was very short if you’re a six footer. Pool area was very dated. On arrival, cafe staff looked at us without coming over to seat us ? We took our business elsewhere. We booked the hotel car to take us to the airport at 7am. Arrived at ten to seven, to be told that there was no car availability
