Room was good, bed comfy, robes and desk provided. The bathroom was huge, bath amazing and shower both great. Nice authentic feel. Friendly staff.

As I was there for a week it would have been really nice to have a small fridge in the room

A smart stylish hotel with a small pool. Friendly helpful staff, free hot and cold beverages in reception and rooms regularly cleaned with comfy beds and excellent showers.

Beautiful house and interior design. Very small. Nice and quite spacious rooms, very clean. Bit further away from the typical tourist area (which is no problem when travelling around in a taxi / grab). Pool is nice but very small, more for cooling down, not for swimming.

Lovely and clean. Rooms were really nicely furnished, and felt huge. I loved the outside decking area. Rooms serviced every day. Location probably a bit far walking from busier spots but there are some lace restaurants/cafes around the area also.

The interior design was spectacular. The pillow provided was so soft and comfortable. The main star during our stay was the bathroom. It was astounding! It can be a whole new room on its own.

the room is designed beautifully with the brick wall, the wooden bed, the indirect light, the confortable shower, the free-standing washbasin… the wifi is good and there is a water dispensor to use. it would be so nice if they would offer breakfast in the beautiful hall on the ground floor.

Clean room and premises, cost big bed and blanket, easy checkout.

I do like the big bath tub and toilet compared to those usual once from hotel.

They transfered to another hotel from Tien group on the same day of our arrival.. The room was ok and the location perfect. We never stayed at Tien Terrace.

Room layout, design aesthetic, cleanliness

Super clean and very well situated but the pool was in maintenance so we could have booked something cheaper

The property is very clean and love the cool design, style and architecture. The staff was super friendly, polite and helpful. The restaurant staff was also polite and helpful, have a great menu and ambience as well.
