  : Was just ok. TV was ok. Other then that not really a good place due to hotel attitude
  : I first did 2 days and after I checked in, I booked another week because was ok for the purpose, I woke up the last day and went down to pay and they said they we're closing hotel, and we're quite rude about it. Many other guests were also completely taken off guard by this. The front desk guy said and I quote "You don't expect us to stay open with such few guests" Unbelieveable!!!!, but instead of arguing, I went and got another place at Smart Boutique Hotel Stay away from this place as they only look out for themselves. The least they could have done was offer some assistance. But instead they made it out to be our problem. The pen is far more powerful then the sword. I live in hotels over 300 days a year and many people read my posts and reviews. Good your closing and doing all future travelers to Kuala Lumpur a favor.

  : Glass shelf above bathroom sink should have been replaced before room was re-let.
  : Location....right in the heart of charismatic China Town .Use the side of road archway access paths if when going in and out if you want to cut down on every stall holder trader saying 'offer you very good deal sir...have a look"When we left the duty staff member behind the desk hardly looked up ....no pleasant farewell smile and good wishes ....it costs nothing to do and leaving a pleasant last memory its one of the things that brings back many customers who remember such warmth .Come on CTI be a bit more professional at all times behind the desk ...it is a form of show business !More serious, beware Bookingdotcom the room price it becomes three of four add ons when u get to the reception .Adds 30%. to your expected bill.Its a smoke and mirrors crafty exercise supported by two notices on the desk and fast slick talking s staff .One notice is standing upright to your left one on the right stuck on it (dont take your eye off the ball this magician has fast hands ?)One tax is 6% add on then 2 x 10% add ons .Ok so a basic £100 becomes from the fast talking guy on reception very quickly becomes £130 ....every guest has to pay so come on bookingdotcom website be more honest with the prices you showAnd I was charged 3% extra for using my credit card .I said to the the guy in reception these charges have been abolished .He didnt flinch , fast of hand magicians when pulling a trick never do.Anyway I will be checking this with my bank , as I put the payments into dispute ......CTI need to be aware customers too have "tricks" they can use.I've used CTI three or four times before ...at the basic price the hotel provides good clean rooms in a great location , I'll probably book again in future ....but come on booking website and hotel owners cut out the mathematical bamboozlement of guests when we've bleary eyed just arrived .Be more transparent give us reasons to come back.... not forgetting that appreciative smile as we leave ☺
