  : facilities, room and general hotel was old, unclean, we felt unsafe, 3 out of 4 lifts were broken so we had to use stairs up 12 levels, kids pool was under maintenance without prior knowledge to arriving.

  : To be frank. there is nothing that I can say that I really like. let me start in details. I was traveling from Muscat and my flight arrived in KL at 6:00 am. So, once I book this property. I send immediately couple of messages to inform them about my early check in. they didnt reply at all. I called them and they didnt pick even. I reached there at 10:00 am and requested them for my early check in. the reply was *No*. I didnt know what to do at that time with my family after a long night waken journey. At last I checked in at 2:00 pm. once I get in after the payment completion then saw the real pictures of the property. 1. Only 1 lift was working out of 4 and it took us 20 mins to go inside the room. it was same till Will checked out. Lift was dirty and very stinky smell as like room. 2. Washroom was very bed smelly, floor of the WC was dirty, Commode seat was loose plus lock was broken for my family WC. 3. Rooms glass window locks were damaged so it was not possible to close. As a result was not able to sleep due to the car noises from the road. 4. Window curtains were dirty and dont know when did they wash it. 5. AC was not working properly and only 1 remotes out of 3 was working. 6. Furnitures (dining chairs, mattresses, sofa & room door) were damaged and not cleaned at all. Specially sofa was very dirty. I didnt feel to seat on it even. 7. Room Wifi was only working with dining room. bed rooms are not reachable. 8. No swimming pool. There is a shared swimming pool where you need to fill the application to get in which is in different tower. 9. Breakfast was awful. Local 2 menus which is not tasty for outsiders (May be some guests can eat). I have couple of photos that you can see to understand my all details.

  : Breakfast..simple but nice.
  : The elevator.. and the staff. Room phone was not working. The room is not sound proof. Can hear people talking outside our room. Expensive parking fee. Kid's pool closed, but not mentioned in Booking.com apps. Won't stay here anymore. 1st and last. Frustrated
