Good location to be able to access everything in George Town and there’s a bus stop around the corner where you can get the bus to other places in Penang. Tea/coffee and water refill available in the kitchen.

Very lovely and inviting people, and good facilities for all, as well as self check in really made it an easy to access our room. The AC was great too as it was rather hot during our stay

Great location, easy communication with host, self check in was easy. Very accomodating when extending our stay (could move to new room earlier than 3pm which saved a big hassle of moving bags down all the stairs and back up) comfy beds.

It's definitely not friendly for the old age. We were put up at 4th floor and as old folks, we can't move up and down to the room to go out of the hotel. We requested for another room at 1st floor but was refused. We wouldn't want to stay another day ???

swings and pillows is a very nice place to stay when in Georgetown, malabar branch is quiet and is in a good location.. lots of food places nearby. people at the lobby were all helpful and friendly. our room is clean, aircon is working good. would love to visit again ?
