What a pass includes

Where a CelcomDigi Tourist SIM pass includes roaming, the quota is automatically activated upon arrival in a covered country, if data roaming is switched on. Every CelcomDigi Tourist SIM plan comes with unlimited domestic calls (100-minute FUP) and 10 domestic SMS.

Once the fair usage quota is fully used, CelcomDigi Tourist SIM data speed drops to 512Kbps until the pass expires. CelcomDigi Tourist SIM internet passes are not automatically renewed, and the SIM service is automatically deactivated once the pass expires.

Who can buy one

Teenagers aged 12 to 17 years old can register a CelcomDigi Tourist SIM with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. That parent or guardian must be present during registration and completes the biometric verification with them. The CelcomDigi Tourist SIM is for non-Malaysian passport holders visiting Malaysia.

You can buy the CelcomDigi Tourist SIM at CelcomDigi Stores and authorized partners. Bring your original valid passport to register a CelcomDigi Tourist SIM.

Reloads and new passes

The CelcomDigi Tourist SIM does not support normal reloads. For more data, purchase another Tourist Pass, which replaces your current active pass; you can also re-subscribe via app after expiry. On the CelcomDigi Tourist SIM, remaining credit is non-transferable and it cannot be redeemed for cash.
