  : The place smelled like cigarettes. I couldn't find it at first because there was no sign. When I did find the spot it was supposed to be I called to the guys at the entrance and they told me the hotel was closed. When they finally let me in, they saw I had a reservation. Awful service!

  : Booked the room, when I came to the hotel one hour before the check-in, I was told that there were no rooms left available and I should cancel the reservation. When I asked them to cancel it themselves, it suddenly appeared that there was a room available and I should wait for one hour. So I left my luggage, walked a little and when I came back, it appeared that the room I was waiting for is under maintenance and there is a cheaper one downstairs, of course it was not good enough and I asked to cancel the reservation again. They assured me that they will do it and not to worry, my card won't be charged.A day after it I received a message from the hotel that I didn't show up and according to their policy they charged all the amount from my card. The whole experience was very disappointing.
